1. Property Management Plan - Fees are: 50% of FMR | 10% of FMR to Buyer Agent who Procures the Tenant | 10%/month of the Rent are fees towards Managing the property.
2. Listing Plan (Owner/Landlord) - Fees are 100% of FMR | 10% of FMR to Buyer Agent who Procures the Tenant.
