This is a very nice and quiet established neighborhood that sits along the edge of a Lake Norman quarry. Most of the Blue Stone Harbor homes have deeded boat slips that would only be a short walk from your home. Along side the boat slips you will find the community waterside pool and boat ramp in case you have water crafts on a trailer. There are also tennis courts nearby for those who love to play. This is a very unique location that also has an entrance way into the Captains Point Homes. Crown Harbor - Crown Harbor Homes in Cornelius, NC is one of my favorite little Lake Norman waterfront home communities. This lovely community is located off the main road of Cornelius, Lake Norman, but so close to all local amenities. I-77 is around the corner for those who love to travel or need to make the trip into Charlotte, NC for work. The Crown Harbor Subdivision has many homes that are Lakeside, but don’t worry, if you are not waterfront you are only a short walk from the wonderful views of Lake Norman. Best yet, this neighborhood has their very own boat dry dock storage facility as well as water deeded boat slips and a community pool.
